Professional Home Inspection Journey
When I purchased my first home in the early 1990s’, my real estate agent shared little information about the importance of conducting a home inspection before closing escrow. Subsequently, various home defects began to pop up shortly after I settled in.
Fast forward a few years later, while owning a general building contractor business, I became interested in the exciting real estate industry. Subsequently, I obtained a formal real estate sale license and then passed the real estate appraisal state exam, to attain greater knowledge of the wide range of the real estate spectrum, before I established my professional home inspection practice.
For nearly two decades, I have been blessed with a professional home inspection journey in the exciting and evolving real estate. As a CREIA certified member, I must first pass a rigorous competency test and accept a strict code of ethics to become accepted as a member. My continuing membership of CREIA requires the most extensive continuing education from its membership, similar to other superior real estate inspection association in the nation, such as the American Society of Home Inspector, with a goal of delivering the most objective assessment findings on the best professionally prepared inspection report, so my real estate clients may make an informed home buying decision.
