    I always encourage my clients to attend the inspection process with me. This way, you can witness and even participate in the process.  At the end of the inspection, we will then review the results together.  This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions regarding the condition of your future home.

    My main home inspection goal is to take the necessary time to conduct a thorough and objective inspection of the home’ s components, as well as accurately report the findings to my clients. While a single floor condo may take 1-2 hours, Larger homes often require 4 hours or longer to conclude my comprehensive home inspection.
  • Comprehensive Home Inspection
    My Comprehensive Home Inspection is an in-field visual evaluation and professional opinion of the performance of the readily accessible installed home systems at one point in time. The goal is to identify components that are significantly deficient, unsafe or near the end of their life.  My comprehensive home inspection is an assessment of readily accessible components of the house’ s major systems such as the Roof, Structure, Building Heating and Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical, Interior and exterior systems.  My inspection meets & exceeds the Standard of Practice of the California Real Estate Inspection Association.
  • Home Inspection & Repairs
    Unlike other inspectors who offer to do repairs to the properties they inspect, I believe my home-buying clients deserve the best possible home inspection findings with no other strings attached, such as an offer to repair home-system deficiency uncovered during the home inspection.  My Home Inspection practice adheres to & exceeds the California Business and Professions Code 7191(a) and (CREIA) code of ethics principle,

    Our relationship does not end with the delivery of the home inspection report, I offer pre and post-home inspection consultation to answer questions and /or clarify the home inspection process and report, at no additional fee.
